FAQ
What Costs Can We Expect for Photo and Video Shoots?
Essentially, you only pay for the content you need. Together, we determine a minimum purchase of photo and video footage, which we capture at a fixed price. Both high-end image editing and video editing are already included.
Why Don't You Charge by Daily Rates?
This is the only way we can ensure that both we and our clients are satisfied with the results, without having to watch the clock. It also creates cost transparency: The price remains the same, no matter how long it takes!
Can We Acquire Additional Shots?
Of course! After the shoot, we provide a pre-selected assortment as an online gallery to jointly choose which shots best suit your campaign. You are also welcome to select and acquire additional shots.
Can We Reschedule the Booked Appointment?
Yes, of course. Due to unforeseen reasons such as adverse weather conditions, rescheduling is free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Are there Cancellation Fees?
Yes, in case of cancellation, the following costs apply:
- Within 2 weeks before the shoot: 30% of the project costs
- Within 72 hours before the shoot: 60% of the project costs
- Within 24 hours before the shoot: 90% of the project costs
How much Does the Additional Use of a Drone Cost?
There are no additional costs for drone usage, unless a special permit for takeoff needs to be obtained.
Which Usage Rights are Included?
Already included are the basic, unlimited image usage rights for your own promotion on websites, social media, press, magazines and booking portals.
Only for third-party self-promotion (architects, designers, etc.), they must acquire their own license from us.
Do You also Offer Social Media Management?
Yes, we are happy to support you with social media marketing and advise you on suitable strategies and measures. So that the created content can unfold its full potential, upon request, we handle the creation and posting of content, community management, campaign setup, and the organization and supervision of influencer collaborations.
